The boy, Free Syrian army and the Syrian Civil War.

The decade-old Syrian Civil war saw one of the most destructive things ever happened to the mankind in war period. With an estimate of around 586,100 killed in the period of the 10-year war between the Assad's regime, Freedom seeking Syrian rebels and the Islamic State on the other side.

The current regime of the Ba'ath Syrian government came to power in the military coup of 1963 which overthrew the elected president and also in the upcoming years, Syria witnessed many coups until the Father of Current President Hafiz al-Assad came into power. In between he proposed a new constitution that also enabled non-muslim to be president, this also survived with some armed revolts.
Then his son, Bashar al-Assad became president and he initially proposed democratic reforms but failed to deliver his promises, also he kept no opposition to question his governing and also named the armed conflict named "the foreign interference in Syria."

The Beginning of Uprising.
It began when a school-going kid of 14 years, Mouawiya Syasneh sprayed anti-government slogans on their school wall after watching the news of the rising Arab Spring. He is known as the Boy who ignited the light of Freedom into the Syrian citizens. But he still somewhat regrets his act as this led to a huge number of deaths in the upcoming years. It all started when he along with his friends were detained by police for around 45 days, tortured almost near till death. He said in an interview of al-Jazeera that "they were hanged like chickens with both hand and legs tied and a rod between them to the hooks in the roof". This act caused protests among the citizens and the protests turned in large numbers when a 13-year old Hamza was killed in custody with signs of mutilation and electrocution. Some kids along with Mouawiya were released due to the increasing political tension. Mouawiya also said the period changed his life and his adolescence. In the upcoming times, he had lost almost everything while fighting for the injustice of Assad's regime. His friends even his Father lost his life while fighting for the Free Syrian army.
Now Mouawiya Syasneh along with FSA now has to fight alone, while his close friends and father dead.

The Free Syrian Army.
When the Syrian Army was sent to the city of Daraa to control the protesters, they were ordered to shoot and kill them which would create a sense of fear amongst the others at the end of April 2011. Some soldiers were also killed if they would not shoot the civilians, in response to this some units defected and formed the Free Syrian Army. High-raking officers like Colonel Riad al-Assad announced the formation of FSA with the goal of protecting the protestors and to help bring down the regime. It was also the goal of the Soldiers to fight in the name of the nation and not in the name of the regime, instead of aiming the guns at innocent civilians they should help the revolution and fight towards injustice. The movement was also merged with Free Officers Movement. Some interviews show that hundreds has defected the army and also thousands chose to stay at home rather than fighting in the loyalist forces. As of November 2011, the Free Syrian Army announced that they have around 25,000 soldiers into the ranks and mostly the defectors of the loyalist army. They've launched many attacks on Government Buildings including the Intelligence office and the party headquarters in the capital city of Damascus.

Civilians and the FSA.
Many cities like the Homs, the civilians and the FSA share a brother-like bonding with knowing each one by names. They get their Arms and Ammunitions mainly through the Defections and the capture of them while the conflicts with the loyalist forces. Also, many engineers have been in the FSA which helps in the Made-from-scratch Arms and rocket launchers. Reporters of Al-Jazeera while interviewing the commander of FSA spoke about their main intention, while the FSA said they are fighting for the "justice" and want to liberate Syria from the Assad's rule. The local people also used to eat and play with them. They shared the strategic information with the FSA and some were also recruited with them. The snipers and the RPG's of Assad's army are common in Syria, though the locals now have a very great understanding of the Positions and the precautions to take if something happens

Foreign Involvement and Airstrikes.

The Military aid by Russia caused a huge toll in civilian deaths and the rebel forces fighting against the Assad. It helped the Syrian Government to re-capture some areas which the FSA has captured.
The Shia-majority countries like Iran, Iraq and the Hezbollah of Lebanon has provided support for Syria in the Side of the Assad's rule, while the Sunni-backed countries like Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Qatar supported the Opposition to Assad's regime. The United States as of the war of terror campaigns also launched airstrikes on the ISIS region in Syria and also indirectly supports the Anti-Assad's movement. CIA had launched a program to train the rebels with a cost estimate of about 50 million dollars but it was stopped in between and could train only 60 soldiers, as per a report. Israel also launched military strikes on Hezbollah and pro-Government and facilities.
In 2013, the Government launched chemical attacks in areas of Ghouta and Aleppo and some nearby areas. The UN-fact finding team found out a use of nerve agent sarin in the areas. There have been many instances where the Syrian army has been known for Chemical attacks on the dissenters and pro-democracy protestors.

Though the Syrian Civil war is more of a detailed study and the every day strikes and instances cannot be compiled into a blog or even a book. It is a high-time now that the Killing and the inhumane activities of the Syrian Dictator to stop and also the Neighbouring nations like Iran and Russia to not exploit the situation for their own benefits. Over the ten years, the people of Syria has been through a lot that could never happen to mankind in this century. The barbaric practice of Chemical and Airstrikes even makes the affairs worst. Photos of the kids crying over the graves of their parents and also the parents crying over the graves of their children who they saw just a day before playing while the strike hit them and died. The Adolescence of the children is being lost in the decade-old conflicts, in the age where children are taught to ride a bicycle- they are made to protect their families by teaching the usage of Ak-47's.

The innocents which are termed as Collateral Damage by the bureaucrats.

What wrong did these Children do? At the tender age they are wounded by the Airstrikes with the Gunfires and the Metal remains of bombs. imagine the normal kids who cry when they just fall a step downwards, what would be the condition of the kid who was stuck under whole wreckage of his house while an attack or bomb exploded. Still, we hope the situation normals in the country and the children's play and roam around, with their parents relaxed their homes and thus the peace established with a democratic leader who will lay down and reform Syria into an egalitarian and a developed nation.
